OK, someone on Craigslist is selling a Nord Lead 2X clavia for $750. Does this sound like a great deal?

he says that something is screwy with the pitch bend, otherwise it is fine. Hmmm....!! I have heard all getout about how Great the Nord is. (From my son, who used to work at Sam Ash & is the world's greatest music geek.) I believe it retails for $1200.

At the moment I am playing a Yamaha MM6 and an Alesis Micron. I have been playing since Dec. 07. I'm happy with my keyboards, but people have told me that someday I might want to upgrade.

Hmm...could that time be now? Anyone play a Nord and if so, what do you think??

If the pitch bend is screwy, don't buy it. If you're going to get into synth playing, having a working pitch bend should be a big part of your sound.
