Hey guys,
I've been playing piano since I was 5 (so like 13 years) and just this year started writing music in Logic, and have decided I need a keyboard since I'm using the school's equipment.
I've been playing bass guitar for the last 3 years, and have been spending all my time and money on that. I'm a member of the TalkBass forum and this is modeled just like it so I figured this forum is probably awesome.
But now that I'm majoring in music, piano has become important again and I've been writing all my music on keyboards or pianos. I've also been writing music with a keyboard player, so I'd kinda like a keyboard.
I'd like to get an Alesis Micron for my own personal pleasure and a Midi controller to run through Logic, preferably one with a metal chassis.
So that's me, and if anyone can refer a good midi controller, that would be great.
