Looking for sound advice

Last time I was here was about 2 months ago because I was a complete newb lookin for some advice. Ive been playing a lot since then but still have a few questions. One is some advice on how to get a certain sound. Im looking for a sound like the synth in this song

YouTube - 02 Attack Attack! - Stick Stickly

Its not too techno-like, but still has some umm "buzz" to it. Anyone have any suggestions on what effects or other things I should add to get near that?
