M-Audio Axiom Pro 49

Anyone knows more about this keyboard? Is this the kind of keyboard to use with a computer, to add more effects/sounds, to play live...?

It's a MIDI controller. It doesn't make sounds on its own. You either use it to control another keyboard with sounds, or to control virtual instruments on your computer.
