Is there a service manual on makers site?

I have a Yamaha PSR-e333 and I am not sure how to change this. When I press the ACMP I always get an organ type voice. Surely I must be able to change the Voice so it matches the main Voice? Thanks.

I've just seen a 333 on Amazon for £149. In the UK does it come with stand and Power Supply? If not, where can I get these? Also is there any PC software that interacts/controls/enhances in some way with this keyboard?
