I am using Native Instruments Kontakt 5 and some other stuff from Komplete 7. DAW Studio One Pro. Any recommendations for a good 61 key controller? Thanks
Welcome to the forum. Kontakt is great. I was sorry Native Instruments dropped Kore as their controller of choice (for Kontakt and Komplete). Last version of Kontakt and Komplete I'd have said the Kore controller and anything with a midi out and you're set. All the useful stuff was mapped to the Kore switches/knobs. Kore is supported (for now) but they're promoting their "groove based" Maschine as a Kore replacement. Maschine is fine if you're an assembler of tracks from loops - an art in itself. If I was a DJ I'd be looking very closely at it. It's not a keyboard players box - though they're marketing it as such. Hope you get a few responses soon.
