Hello i'm new to the group. My name is Dominic

I'm a bassplayer in a discoband, and i'm looking for a device that can do
    the bass synths really well.
I'm leaning towards a product from Clavia (NORD Modular etc.)
But they have to many choices.
Do you guys know with what product i'm better off?

Take a look at Trilogy from SPectrasonics.

Personally myself, I'd love to get my hands on an SH101, but of the two bass
synths I have, a Red Sound Darkstar, or Novation K-station - I'd go for the
K-Station. (Both are at the cheaper range of the market, and both do
    excellent bass)

On the PC, the only one I know of, is Mercury TC1 - which is also rather
good, and can run on a slow machine by todays standards.
