For those who might be interested.

M-Audio have finally release a Win7 64-bits beta driver for legacy
MidiSport USB midi interface. I've installed it but haven't tested it yet
but the interface shows up in Device manager and music applications.

Im about to install the drivers on my laptop; I was just curious
    whether you've tested them yet.

    Sorry for the delay,

I didn't have time to test it and I just did some quick test and it doesn't
work. The led in the interface flashes rapidly when I play on the keyboard
(like it should) but nothing seems to get to the software. I tried it in
Sonar with softsynths or trying to record, the same configuration in Reaper
    and directly in Kontakt 4.

Everything works using a Cakewalk/Roland/Edirol UM3 interface or using the
MIDI port on my Delta 1010.

The Midiman will return to my 32bits laptop.

It's not a big issue for me as I have other solutions.

Some peoples claim that it works with their setup on the M-Audio forums
    though.

I tried using it with my Midisport 8X8/s (greyface).

With Reaper, the inputs show up on the MIDI configuration dialog but the
output will only show one output and only if you select it as the default
MIDI output in the Windows XP control panel. Even if you uncheck the box to
use only the default output in that screen.

However, when I install my Yamaha usb MIDI interface (just a
one-in-one-out), all of the Midisport outputs magically appear in Reaper.
It's as if the Yamaha is acting as a dongle for the M-audio interface!

    Weird.

Hmmm...well, there's already a MIDI interface installed on my laptop
(FW410) so maybe my greyface 4x4 or 2x2 will work. The 410 is only 1
in 1 out and I could use more, but I have to say the disclaimer with
the drivers is disquieting. M-Audio will not be responsible for any
data loss or damage? Data loss I can understand, but damage? What
kind of damage are they talking about?
I don't recall seeing damage mentioned with the Delta or FireWire
    driver betas...

Update: I just installed. Took a bit of plugging and unplugging to get the
DAW to see both MIDIsport and MOTU. The MIDIsport is not present under
"Safely Remove Hardware" which bothers me a bit. I've posted on the forum
about it; we'll see if anyone answers.
That disclaimer thing about damages *still* bothers me.
