Cannot open song anymore after updating Cubase SX!

    Hello,
    I have a made a song with Cubase SX using VST instrument "Elektrik
    Piano" by Native Instruments. I could open this song without any
    problem.
    Since I updated Cubase SX with the latest update's
    (Update_Cubase_SX.2.2.0.33.exe and Update_Cubase_SX.2.2.0.35.exe),
    I cannot open this song anymore. Then I made a new song with "Elektrik
    Piano" the same problem happened again.
    When I try to open the song the following happens;

    -Loading patch ("Elektrik Piano")
    -Cubase SX.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. (etc)
    -Error signature; Appname:cubasesx.exe Appver:2.2.0.35 Modname:unknown
    Modver:0.0.0.0 Offset:0335Ac4f

    This way I cannot use "Elektrik Piano" anymore.
    Please help!

    Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling "Elektrik Piano"? I had a
    similar problem with Reason after updating Cubase, and reinstalling
    fixed it.

    Thank you for your advice I will certainly try this.

    I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling "Elektrik Piano"
    Unfortunately the problem still exists.
    Now I have removed "Elektrik Piano" from the file VST-instruments,
    this way I can open the song again but unfortunately this way I cannot
    use "Elektrik Piano" anymore.
    I have send the problem to Native Instruments.
    My question to you all "Is there anyone with the same problem"
