    Hi
I have Cubase SX3 and just got a copy of hypersonic 2, everything works
well with Hypersonic and a couple of other programs, but when loaded into
SX3 if I use the Hypersonic drums, then the kick drums dont work, all the
other drums but the kick drums, I have had Cubase VST32 v5 for a long time
and moved up to SX3. Ok just as a test I have just tried LM7 drums while
writing this, the kick drums in that dont work either, any ideas please, SX3
is new and a lot different to what I expected, but I will work on with it if
    I can sort this problem

    Thanks for any help

    I don't know hypersonic.
But the fact that you have the same problem with LM7 brings up the fact
that it might not be a problem related to Hypersonic only.
Make sure you don't have another problem completely independant from
"hypersonic". Couldn't it be a keyboard problem? Try and transpose teh
keyboard to see if you can use the kicks this way. (sorry if it seems
obviosu, but I ve been stuck with silly things like that a few times... ;)

    Hi
Your right about silly things and I think this is one of them, I have
tried uninstalling Hypersonic, LM7 Drums dont work still, my soundcard drums
don't work (still talking about only the kick drum, both on the C and B
flat) I have transposed and it's still the same, this is a weird one.
I will stick at it this evening, I was thinking maybe the metronome (which I
don't use) may be the problem, or the keys are being used for something
else, oh I dont know, just clutching at straws here, anyway, thanks for your
    help so far HUey

What about the keys Cubase uses as remote controls.

Here's what can be read on Larence's Cubase FAQ, here:

Let us know how you did....

Seems like it could be a drum map problem that may have been caused by
previous edits and which could have been saved. Ensure that you are using
the GM drum map - which I think you probably are. Check the drum map setup
to ensure: that the In note is the same as the Out note; that the note isn't
    muted; that the MIDI channel is the same as all the other drum sounds, and;
that the Output destination is the same as all the other drum sounds.

It may also be project specific in that you've inadvertently changed
something in a specific project - if you are trying the Hypersonic and LM7
drums in the same project - create a new project from scratch and see if the
    problem persists
