I would like some details too. All i know is Triton TR is revised Triton Le, and that it is "child" for Triton Extreme or Classic.... And one difference, i am sure, Extreme and Classic have touch screen, TR doesn't
think of the TR as a little baby triton. It's the same sound engine stripped down for most of its greatness. The biggest of which are the insert effects. TR has only ONE IFX for all 8 tracks which leads to sound deformation because only 1 of 8 sounds has it's original settings (chorus, reverb, effects...etc). the rest of them have the effects of the first one so sounds in "COMBI" mode won't sound the same as in "PROGRAM" mode. The screen is smaller, and the menus are complicated, but once you get used to it it's OK, but it takes a lot of programming to setup it right the way you want. Korg TR is officially NOT a triton, and did I mention it has a lousy piano sample? Oh wait... I did... (in every post where it comes to TR )
