Hey folks I'd like to do some simple playback stuff with some drums and me own chords. I don't do urban music, and lots of stuff seems to have been made with that kinda music in mind. I do however find the Alesis SR18 interesting - jazz, blues, funk - things I might use. Anyone knows if there's also DnB-like stuff in there? Anyway, I'd also like to play along with myself along with this beat thing - sequencing, sampling, anything. What device (non-software) would do that for me? Notice the importance of the recording device being synced with the beat processor. Some o' you might now think that I oughta get a MPC. Anyway, those pretty hiphopish sounding internal sounds don't turn me on, and if I were to get some samples, how would I do that? / Niels
