I bought it around 1980. It is the complete Tarkus LP, and in good condition - There is splitting on the binding that I have not taped, but the pages are NOT falling out. The front cover has some wear on the bottom as you can see from the picture. Front cover folds out to display entire cover. There is no writing on the sheet music.
