Sam Lester uses one, but I can't remember the name. I get some free space from my ISP so I haven't tried it yet. -- Remove YourHeadFromYourAss to Reply by email ________ __ / ____/ /__ ____ ____ / /_ ____ / / __/ / _ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \ / /_/ / / __/ / / / / / / /_/ / /_/ / \____/_/\___/_/ /_/_/ /_/_.___/\____/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- Glennbo http://www.soundclick.com/glennbo Non-Linear Sound http://www.soundclick.com/jambits Hear My Music http://www.soundclick.com/ThePseudonyms

(I got the glass cheep at a yard sale, two identical sized panes of thick glass that were probably the glass inserts for a coffee table. $4.00 apiece. I built a frame w/ 2x4's and ferring strips, making a double pane window out of it, then inserted it as a unit into the wall framing between some cripple studs.) It's turning out to be a hell of a lot of work, but worth it. malachi

Sounds similar to the glass I used in my old 1" Ampex studio. http://members.cox.net/glennbo/StudioA.jpg That was an "in progress" pic of my drum/vocal isolation booth before I had all the bare wood and cables finished. I think my glass came from some kind of display case or something, but it was half an inch thick, and although not totally sound proof, plenty good enough to hear the drums or vocals through the studio monitors and dial up a nice sound. -- Remove YourHeadFromYourAss to Reply by email ________ __ / ____/ /__ ____ ____ / /_ ____ / / __/ / _ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \ / /_/ / / __/ / / / / / / /_/ / /_/ / \____/_/\___/_/ /_/_/ /_/_.___/\____/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- Glennbo http://www.soundclick.com/glennbo Non-Linear Sound http://www.soundclick.com/jambits Hear My Music http://www.soundclick.com/ThePseudonyms
