I have used several midi modules over the years, usually
sound-card-based and external in combination, also software synths,
    sound-fonts etc.
But I'd really like to get a gm module with really high-quality sounds
in it for general use (either hardware- or software-based). Any
    suggestions/recommendations greatly appreciated...
