Well at $10 you can't go wrong The CTK-691 is a good machine, with most of the functions of the more expensive CTK's. thankyou for answering your the one i was hoping to answer I tryed it but it didnt come with a cord I tryed it with my old cord and it was loos but it takes batterys dads going to try it out with batterys and have a fiddle with it and really hoping for it to work
It was buggerd It had fake speakers that looked really good but were only 3 watts and we got it to turn on but the keys didnt make a noise
Are you sure the power supply you used was up to the job, correct voltage / polarity etc?? To be honest, I think most keyboards of that sort of style use speakers at around 3-5w.
