I have been recording each midi file from my (don't laugh) dr. rhythm dr-770
into the "my midifiles" in the EZPlayer within Sup 2.0 to have more midi
    grooves to work from
I painstakingly record the midi data into a CW file-name each clip (16 beat,
16 beatfill-etc) and then drag that entire track into the folder which gives
me all of the separate clips. I have gotten somewhere around 140 clips now
(there are 400+ in the 770)-can anyone think of a faster way to do it?
(looked for a midi dump command-didn't seem to do anything)

Also-about a third of the clips I have recorded/imported seem to have a
bunch of space in front of them when trying to listen to the sample within
EzPlayer but when I drag the file into CW there is just the immediate clip
(ex: a one measure fill will not sound right away-almost have to wait 10
seconds while it plays until I hear it but, again, when I drag it into the
grid I can see only 1 measure of fill).

Any recommendations where I could purchase a decent library of midi drum
grooves/fills to add to my player?
    Thanks again for any help

I dunno where you'd go to get midi clips, but I made a few basic ones
myself and simply copied them into this folder.

    C:\Program Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\Midi\MY MIDIFILES

You can download my few basic clips from here.

Thanks Glennbo. When I get done with my midi drum groove library (several
days work) I will send the whole thing to ya if you want--just for all the
times you helped out. If ya get time--ping me with your email and I will
send ya the whole thing. (Some very useable grooves/fills/etc--may-or may
not be useful for a drummer guy like you) I'm at:

there are song samples at my website in the top right corner--you can get an
idea what I do (all recorded in CW)

    Regards,
    Jeff

I do use grooves to get songs off the ground. Usually, I'll toss a single
repeating groove on the drum track, and once the song has some bass and
guitar, I'll go back and play the real drums to it. My email address is in
all of my messages, but you have to remove the sekret werds as it says
    below in my sig! ;)
