    Hi all.
I'd like to create a personal jingle with sound effects like
airplane-passing, thunderstorms and with my voice too.
Cubase guide does not support me enough. Are someone available to help me?
    Thanks for thousands in adance.

I'm not sure I understand the problem.
What you need is just audio tracks, various samples, a mic and perhaps
    some hall/mastering plugins.
What is the nature of the problem?

Well, yes. I've to do one audio track with my voice, recorded by mic and
    with
some sound effects like thunderstorms, screams and so on. Is it easy?
Is my Cubase version able to do that?
    Thank you.

Do you HAVE recordings of these sounds? If so yes, it's very easy.
Read the program's manual then come back if you have any specific
    questions.

Ok, thank you all. One more question: is it possible to download somewhere
    these
sounds (like thunderstorm, scream...and so on)? If so, where?
    Thanks.

Do you know how to use a web search engine? A quick Google search for "sound
effects free" turned out the following results (and I don´t know, how many
    more...):
    http://www.sounddogs.com/
    http://www.freesound.org/
    http://www.sound-effect.com/
    http://www.freesoundeffectsandloops.com/
    http://simplythebest.net/sounds/WAV/sound_effects_WAV/
    http://www.a1freesoundeffects.com/
    http://www.stonewashed.net/sfx.html

Either you find something usable there or search yourself... as you know
what to search for now. ;-)

Use 1 track per sound effect, so you can independently apply insert fx, if
    necessary.

    Hi Phil.
I asked this question because obviuosly I did not know how web search engine
works about sound effects. Anyway, thank you for this. I'll try to download
some of theme and work with'em.
    Thanks again.

    Funny, in a way.
Not much internet experience, obviously no cubase experience and
probably no experience whatsoever with any kind of DAW, but he does
    have Cubase 5 :)

Well, it works pretty much the same way, as it works for anything one might
be looking for. Just think of some words, which describe as good as
possible, what you´re looking for... If you´re looking for "free sound
effects", simply type that in and hit the Enter key or click the "search"
button. Then go through the results, that show up, until you find, what
    you´re looking really for.

    Good luck then! ;-)

    Nothing to be sorry about.
