hey there... I just got this http://www.irational.org/marcus/music/img/k1m.jpg it's a kawai k1m, got it for free, so I just kept it.... Problem is... i can't make it to work... I mean, it turns on and everything, it changes patches and all, but I can't have it through my speakers. It needs to be connected with a midi cable to the keyboard, which I did, but nothing... can someone tell me how to connect this analog synth to my keyboard via midi and make it work? thanks a lot...
Welcome to the forum. It a great wee module - I remember it coming out. How's your midi knowledge - do you know there are 16 channels for instance? Also what have you the K1m outputs plugged into so you can hear it?
hey, thanks for the answer, but in the mean time I was messing around with the thing and made it work (I had to select an option on the keyboard, so that the midi can come through)... I agree with you it's super fun
