    "61 normal keys with touch response" means that they are sensitive ? i mean if i press hard they sound louder and so on?

    I can't tell you which keyboard to get but I would recommend the psr e333. I have another version of it called psr e 423 and it's great. Awesome for beginners that want to learn because it can do alot for it's price. :)
    Don't know much about the other though.
    And yes touch response means that it sounds lounder if you press harder, but you can activate it or chose not to use it on those keyboards.

    Get a Nord. Buy cheap, pay twice. NORD keyboards are excellent.

    Any of the Casio LK100 to LK300TV have a keyboard that lights up to help you to play. Very good to start with - just another option. nords are a great keyboard for people who are more advanced and what the best from their instruments in sound and options. But, these are not what you are asking about, if I understand what you want.
