korg pa 300 need help with single touch settings !!

Hi I am enjoying the korg pa 300 very much and have been getting to grips with its features but one is completely baffling me which is the sts ,

I am trying to find out how to alter the performance on the single touch settings assigned to the styles as you have four sts to each style for instance in sts 1 can I alter say a saxophone sound to a piano sound or am I stuck with sts that are factory settings the manual doesn't seem to give me much help on the way to alter them and I am getting a bit frustrated with it can anyone give me a simple format how I can assign different sts to the styles

I have written in this section as the korg section doesn't seem very active in the past
