Letter sent to M-Audio Hi M-Audio, Please let me tell you a story. Over three years ago I bought two MidiMan units. I placed them in a rack and used them in a smoke filled night club environment. I never had one problem with them. I still use them today. Last year I bought a Biport unit and I recently opened it up and had a problem getting it to operate. Even though I technically had it for a year M-Audio took it back for repair and actually replaced the unit. FANTASTIC! This type of service puts M-Audio above the rest! Shortly after Christmas I will be purchasing an audio interface. Guess what product I will be Buying??? !!! M-AUDIO !!! GREAT JOB GUYS! Chuck Belloise OOH-LA-LA
