I use Cubase 4 but some of the instruments may be located in a folder that cubase is unable to find. It happens with the instruments coming with cubase and also with halion strings. I wish I knew where to place all the vst files so they work. Anyone having the same proble or +knowing hpw to solve it? Thanks in advance. Jo

Your simplest couse would be to re-install Cubase and your instruments accepting default locations whenever you're asked.

The problem is that in the Mac at least I am not asked... Iam trying to install the Kompak files and the Halion String files in different locations but they do not work. Vubase doesn't even locate Kompakt. Neither Reaktor or Absynth are a problem, the files locate automatically, I guess. Quite annoying and time consuming.... Thnaks anyway. Best. Jo
