Hi! I have never quite got the hang of MIDI sync'ing 2 keyboards. Lets say I have a Korg Electribe beatbox and an Alesis Micron. I want to sync their tempo together. (the Micron has tempo-dependent patterns.) Would it be a MIDI OUT cable from the Electribe to the Micron? Would the Micron be set to "local OFF"? But then how would I still get the Micron sounds? I have used MIDI to record via Reason on the computer, but aside from that I don't really understand the point of MIDI connecting 2 keyboards unless one of them is a sound module. duhh....
