What are you exporting to? 16 track MIDI to Stereo MP3?
If so, perhaps your simplest answer is to simply play back and record to your computer and then convert from WAV to MP3 on the computer directly.
Sounds to me that would be a hell of a time saver. That would take less than 5 minutes as compared to allowing the keyboard's weenie processor do it all internally.
