OPEN LABS DONATES NEKO® KEYBOARD PLAYED AT SUPERBOWL XLI WITH PRINCE
    TO THE MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION AUCTION.

AUSTIN, TX - Open Labs, Inc, the leading designer and developer of
computer music production solutions, has partnered with the Make-A-
Wish Foundation® of Central & South Texas, Frito-Lay® and
CharityFolks.com to auction the Neko® Keyboard played live at the 2007
    SuperBowl XLI.

Don't miss your chance to own a super unique piece of music
memorabilia, a NeKo LX Gen3 61-key keyboard production station used on
stage with PRINCE during the Super Bowl LXI half-time show broadcast
to over 90 million people worldwide!

Generally regarded as one of the best Super Bowl half time shows ever,
PRINCE, along with his keyboardist Morris Hayes, unleashed a medley of
hits that spanned decades. The performance, which can only be
described as life-changing for many people from the iconic performer,
included such memorable moments as PRINCE performing his number one
hit "Purple Rain" as torrential rains poured down on the stage,
providing one of the most dramatic scenes ever captured on live
    television.

"Thanks to contributors like Open Labs, we can make more wishes come
true here at home for children suffering with life-threatening medical
conditions," said Tammy Shaklee, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish.
"We hope to generate a lot of interest in this celebrity keyboard, to
benefit children currently waiting for their wish."

"We are pleased to offer this exclusive keyboard to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation. Our highest hope is that this item will benefit several
children and help fulfill their wildest dreams," said Victor Wong
President and Chairman of Open Labs, Inc.

The NeKo LX (Gen 3) keyboard production station is the state-of-the-
art instrument for music production and performance today. Running
Windows XP, it is the only production station that will allow the user
to utilize almost any third party software and hardware products
available today. It is capable of recording over 170 audio tracks at
once, has 500 note polyphony, runs over 300 virtual instrument plug-
ins simultaneously, and comes with over 20,000 preset sounds direct
    from Open Labs.

Many of today's hit songs on the radio were produced using the NeKo
keyboard workstations. Used by artists such as:

·Timbaland - Artist and Producer for Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado,
    Ludacris, Aaliyah, Jay-Z
