Pc3le8 output

Hi there. I am having a problem with my Kurzweil PC3LE8. Just recently when switching from a setup to a program the output is changing to mono and I have to hit the panic button to normalise. Anybody have a remedy please.

Does this happen no matter which program you select or is it only a specific program?

It's usually with the electric pianos. I think the problem lies with a bad setup I made which is kinda sticking when jumping back to programs. I'll try and sort it out.
