Try buying dust spray from Radio Shack and spraying the inside of the keyboard.

The contacts beneath the keys may be damaged or just dusty.

If the dust spray doesn't help - send the keyboard for repairs. You may
a few new keys or just a replacement contact that connects the keys with the
    motherboard.

If softdrink or other liquid has been split, it will need a careful cleanup to remove the problem. Also, try stand it on one end and giving it a gentle tap ot two on the back ( not too hard) . If it plays ok it may have something that has slipped between the keys and blocking the contacts. worth a go...........
