problem on my yamaha e343 keyboard.please help, newbie here.

Hi All,

Please help as my new yamaha e343 keyboard has no sound on E F G A left side but the rest of the keys has sound. Is there any remedy to my problem before returning to shop where I bought it?

Try a factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, take it back.

If it's brand new and has a problem, I wouldn't hesitate to take it back while it's still under warranty.
