Problem

    As an Amateur with a new yamaha keyboard, I play the melody with my right hand and the chords with my left, when I switch the accompanyment on I cant hear the melody, what am I doing wrong.

    That's one hell of a wierd problem you have there minty.

    What's the split point on your keyboard set to? See page 41 of your manual. Is it at the defualt?

    Also :
    1. has this been a problem the recently happened or since you bought the unit?
    2. Failing everything else, try a system initialisation - see page 40 of your manual
