I have 3 keyboards I use on state to play out- I use an "old" Roland 6 channel power mixer into a standard keyboard amp- This allows me to plug 3 boards into channels 1-2 and 3 then output to amp- Well the Roland decided to die. Here is my question- I have a fully operational powered keyboard amp with one input. To replace the Roland- Do I need to buy a powered mixer or can I use an unpowered one and use it to just control each board and the amp for power?
