    Hi folks, my new Gi I bought off the floor has a factory SD that is full and I am unable to record. How do I delete?

    The factory SD is the one that carries all the demo songs. Are you sure you want to delete them?

    The SD comes with demo songs...correct. However it is suppose to allow you a couple of hours of recording. This keyboard was a floor model and the memory had been used up. Iwas able to do a factory reset and now I can record

    Another problem I am having is I cannot connect to my computer. I downloaded the driver from Rolands website (windows7) When I hook the keyboard up to laptop with usb connector the computer is not seeing the keyboard. I do not understand why.
