Many bugs. Logic and Cakewalk just had major updates. Too long for last update form cubase. pls advice when next update

I've not encountered any in SX3 or Nuendo 3 that have not been addressed somewhere along the line by a patch, but have not tried versions 4 or 5 (IIRC 5 was released late last year). Have you read the manuals? I've found that most issues that users identify as bugs can be quickly resolved by that little exercise. Nevertheless, if you like to chase the upgrade curve, then do switch to Sonar...they upgrade that puppy pretty much every 2 or 3 months...I don't work on an Apple (I use a computer, not a fruit), so I've only limited experience with Logic, though from the few times I've tracked with it, it seems quite nice. If you want to spend even more money, then you might want to consider PT as well....you get to upgrade both the software and the hardware...what fun! -CS
