    Hi y'all-

I haven't participated much for a while, but still lurk quite a bit.
Thought I'd share a fun project I just finished. This is the new jingle for
the Indiana Pacers (started airing on local radio yesterday). There are
actually 2 versions for different demographics - a "Mainstream" version & an
"Urban" version. Check it out, feedback welcome.

The creative direction & lyrical concept ("United") came from the ad agency.
The writing & production are mine. Used 4 singers, 1 rapper & a guitar
player. I did everything else my with toys & trucks.

You should list the equipment you used to record both versions - I'm sure
everybody here would love to know that info. Including myself :)

Mics, software, mix, instruments, amps, etc. Be as anal as you have time
    for.

thanks poly. I just listened to your "Hieroglyphics" piece last night.
Great stuff. Took me back to my days of wanting to be the next
Wakeman....... So, thanks for the kudos from someone who writes much more
interesting music than most of what I write!

THAT sounds great, Greg! Congratulations on getting the gig, and doing such
a wonderful job with it. Out of curiosity, is this the kind of thing you do
for the most part, or was this just a one-time thing.

And where did you find such strong singers ?!?!

    Great job!

Won't mean as much, coming from me :-D

That's really good writing and production, Greg. These have what I term the
"instant on" quality, so very necessary for a successful jingle. Captures
the listener's attention at the onset and keeps the intensity up for the
duration. I can already visualize this paired with a vid for a TV spot.

Give yourself several pats on the back. :)

Pretty cool Greg! It sounds like it's a little light on the bass, but I'm
listening on some cheezy computer speakers here, so it might be on my end.

Really excellent production work Greg! Cakewalk would be wise to include a
