Does anyone recognize this: I have the project windows zoomed so all the tracks are 2 rows high. Now whenever I click a track in the track list, that track narrows to 1 row, while the others stay 2 rows high. Click another track, and *that* track narrows, while the first grows back to 2 rows. I find this mildly annoying, as it causes many unwanted clicks. I can't remember ever having seen it. I tried a couple of preferences, but couldn't find any that made a difference. Anyone? This is Cubase 5.1 on WinXP. Thanks, Jos. -- Ardis Park Music www.ardispark.nl

Have you tried "Zoom selected track" in the program settings - Editing Options - Project & Mixer? That should actually do the opposite and make the selected track higher than the others. But there *might* be the possibility, that the function was activated and then the height of the zoomed track was reduced to 1 row (or whatever) and this is the "new" height for "zoom selected track". I´m not sure, but I think I´ve had this before with SX3 somewhen, when I (accidentally) activated the function... Good luck anyway, Phil

Which was exactly what it didn't do in my case. But turning it off helps. Thanks very much, Phil! Jos. -- Ardis Park Music www.ardispark.nl
