Hello I'm looking for a good stand that you're able to "tilt" and I was wondering if any of you recognize the stand that's to the left on this picture http://www.nightwish.com/gallery/albums/hartwall2/nFL24.jpg

I can see that it's some kind of small spider stand, do you know which one it is or how the setup is made?

I thought it was from the K & M range but I couldn't find you a link with a photo that looked right. I thought it was one of their "Spider" stands.

Are Nightwish an active band? Maybe find their webpage and ask them.

Yeah they are active. I believe that the stand is a K&M Baby Spider (pro) but I'm not sure about the whole setup thing.

Bumping for interest as I'm looking into tilted stands as well.

Some googleimage leads believe Janne Wirman (CoB) uses a 2-tier stand for his keyboard.. like a regular 2-tier stand with the top tier supposed to hold a second smaller keyboard which can by tilted towards the player, but he flips the keyboard around so it's facing the opposite way. Cunning... although I think this trick only works with keyboards that aren't too large.

Also there might be something else he adds to it too, extra-bracing or something. Not too sure
