The Korg OASYS is $7500 or more. Best is relative anyway; I doubt the OASYS and Tyros 3 try to do exactly the same things in similar ways.

EDIT: No, definitely not the same. The OASYS is more a high-end performer keyboard while the Tyros 3 is made for arrangers and composers.

kanthos is right, when it comes to keyboards best is relative. What's best for you is probably different than what's best for me, which is different than what's best for grandma. You've probably heard it before, but it all boils down to what you want and need a keyboard to do for you. Dollar value isn't often not the best predictor of that.

Tyros is an arranger as mentioned above, and it WAS the best arranger you could get for a long while. Then the PA2x came, and recently (haven't heard that good sounds in ANY arrangers) - ketron Audya

On the other hand, OASYS is not a keyboard... it's a space-ship :D
There is no possible way a normal keyboard player could use even 40% of what
    it can offer.

It's a dull recording studio all in one box. :)

well who in the world would spend 10000$on a keyboard besides bill gates?
I only ment that because it has so much capabilities and technology on it that it was an extremely good keyboard.to be honest i actualy havent heard of the oasys.

Once again... The OASYS has almost everything a recording studio needs.
Why would anyone in his home playing, or giging need those kind of options?

Since i'm in a hurry... just take a look at the summarized specifications:

    http://www.korg.co.uk/products/workstations/oasys/ws_oasys_specification.asp

How many things of those you really need...? or even better, how many of those things you even know what they do?? :D
