The next incarnation of my cocktail kit. This one is done as a Vsampler
instrument, and has more samples than the original. It now includes
sidestick, rimshot, and crash 2 on the crash ride cymbal. It also rotates
the voices so that the cymbals sound less fake. Hopefully this structure
will translate properly on other people's systems. I made it so it should
function as a self contained folder with the samples and .vs3 file
together. Anyway, the new version is here. Enjoy!!!

Unfortunately, Master Booka does not have V-Sampler. Tsk tsk.

Too bad, coz it's setup and ready to record/play with more samples and
variations. For instance, the Vsampler version of the small side tom and
the floor tom have three keys each, and each one is set with decreasing
pitch and volume. The pitch is very slight, only so you don't get phasing.

I think it's on the Sonar 3 disk.

My Kontakt manual says it supports VSampler 1-2.5.
Prolly won't work, but it's worth a try!

Hopefully that will work, because the Vsampler version of my cocktail kit
    is way better in Vsampler.

I used Vsampler v3.5 (I think that's the version) that came bundled with
Sonar 3. It's the same one I used to use for my DFH/Purrrfect drum kit,
back when I was writing some documentation for Vsampler, since it didn't
come with any manual when they bundled it with Sonar.

John's link should do it; not @ my PC right now but I think I have
the SN in a doc with other CW-related ones. I did get the full
version way back when. I hadn't thought to try Kontakt. Would be nice
if that works cos it's 64-bit. How do you get Kontakt to do the
    alternate samples thing though?

I think the SONAR version is on the wevb site too. You just need a serial number which will be on
your SONAR disk I guess (in which case you probably wouldn't need the download link) ;-)

If you upgraded to the full version (like I did) - go to th eweb site because there is a newish
version from late last year - 3.5a or something like that...

I upgraded the copy I had already installed from my Sonar disk. I didn't
know you could do a virgin install, and just type in your OEM Sonar key.

BTW, tell Toontrack to send me a SDX editor, and I'll make a Superior
Drummer version of my cocktail kit, since all the ones Toontrack have
ever made sound like total dog doo doo. ;)

Sonar 3 was the one that included it. I don't know if 4 and 5 continued to
have it, since it was already installed on my machine after Sonar 3.
