The next incarnation of my cocktail kit. This one is done as a Vsampler instrument, and has more samples than the original. It now includes sidestick, rimshot, and crash 2 on the crash ride cymbal. It also rotates the voices so that the cymbals sound less fake. Hopefully this structure will translate properly on other people's systems. I made it so it should function as a self contained folder with the samples and .vs3 file together. Anyway, the new version is here. Too bad, coz it's setup and ready to record/play with more samples and variations. For instance, the Vsampler version of the small side tom and the floor tom have three keys each, and each one is set with decreasing pitch and volume. Hopefully that will work, because the Vsampler version of my cocktail kit is way better in Vsampler. I used Vsampler v3.5 (I think that's the version) that came bundled with Sonar 3. I did get the full version way back when. I hadn't thought to try Kontakt. Would be nice if that works cos it's 64-bit. How do you get Kontakt to do the alternate samples thing though?
