I have Sampletank along with HALion VST plug-ins, the HALion works fine if I need to add a virtual instrument to a track, but selecting Sampletank, I can't select any instrument as it won't somehow preload into the interface, what is happening?

A little more detailed information would be good. Which platform (Windows or Mac OS, version) ? Which version of Cubase? Are you sure, that Sampletank is installed correctly? If not, go to http://www.ikmultimedia.com/ and download Sampletank again from your "User area", then install it again ("over" the existing installation!). Next, try your VST host again, if it works then. Do you have Sampletank installed as stand-alone as well? If yes, does this work correctly? Phil
Sorry, the info is: Windows XP Pent. 4 1 GB RAM Cubase LE 4 Yes I have installed Sampletank correctly. The IKMedia site isn't that easy to understand thier instructions, I followed through everything and it still doesn;t work. I'm thinking that maybe somehow I may have got the unzipping part slightly wrong. Maybe if you can detail the correct way to unzip and where to unzip the instruments, that may be a big help. Some instruments, no matter what the install does, need to be located in EXACTLY the right directory for Cubase to recognize it. I have this problem with MTron. Using Windows Explorer, can you find the (sampletank).dll in your Steinberg directory?
