Seeking your help on how to rectify a problem on my Kurzweil PC3X.

Upon switching-on the keyboard, the following message is displayed (please also refer to the attachment):

Internal file system error
I/O error on device

If possible, follow the steps to reload the operating system. Some file got corrupted.
