Adding string patch to existing piano patch via Zone slider?

Thought I saw Tiago Mallen, while demo'ing an MO6, use one of the 4 Zone sliders to add a string patch to an existing piano patch. I can't find anything in Manual or online. Possible? Steps? Thanks... Ed
