Akai MPK mini MK3 problem

Hello friends , a couple of months ago I bought the Akai MPK mini MK3 keyboard. Apparently everything worked fine, but a few days ago suddenly when I connected it to my Ipad Pro 10.5 it did not turn on and the message Upgrade V ??. ?? .
I have tried to connect with Akai technical service but they do not respond. Has someone else had a mistake like this? Thanks a lot

Hi seems to have his one DAW - none of my Apps (Cubasis, iSpark) or the other sounds like that and I ot overlayed the other sound - anyone too?
