B3 setting on Hammond sk1.

According to the "how to" videos on the Hammond SK1 keyboard, they say the first pre set is the B3 sound. I have gone through the entire manual and have not read anything about a B3 setting. What am I doing wrong.

Just turn the SK1 on, it automatically emulates a B3. Also every preset that is not a farfisa organ, vox organ, pipe organ, or "extra voice" is a B3.
