Can,t Play Styles on YAMAHA PSR E463 and ACMP

Hi Sir, I have a Yamaha PSR E463 have a problem I can't solve, regarding ACMP can't play styles even I press the SYNC START, START/STOP buttons it goes mute.

If everything else fails I always turn to factory reset.
Turn OFF you keyboard. Wait for 5 seconds. Turn ON your keyboard while holding the last white key on your keyboard.
