That tune is painful! More painful than cancer.
If I was getting treated for cancer with that tune playing in my head, I would demand a full blown anaesthetic to deaden the pain in my ears.
But there again, to keep the coroner away, maybe play it loud for him. Ha ha !

I'll take any reaction over indifference Ray. 
And while cancer is painful, I've found the standard treatments to be more horrible than the disease itself. This tune stands as a testament to the indifference of the medical profession when it comes to easing suffering.
