Casio cps s100

Hi our Casio there is no sound the light is turned on but when I press the keys no sound. Nothing is in the input audio or output audio.

Is there a key or function that puts it on mute as I am totally confused and can find nothing online.

Perform a factory reset by holding down the TONE button while powering up.
