(Casio CT-X3000) Keyboard plays no sound

I just powered on my keyboard (Casio CT-X3000) after about half a year with no use and it turns on completely fine and the screen display is normal but it won't play any sound. Have tried headphone's but it wont work with them either. I attempted to Factory Reset it but I'm not sure i did it correctly. It was bought brand new and i've never had any trouble before.
