Someone just gave me a CASIO and found out it has MIDI In and Out. It has a 100 tones which most are junk. I do not care to write my own music or compose. I just want to play. Is there a software out there that you can just use different tones such strings, violin, orchestra, flute, viola, harp, guitar grand piano, concert piano.... etc

Thanks

Thank you for the information, Gary.
Now that I have been researching I have a few other questions on midi hardware
I can get midi patch cords to fit my Android tablet but notice people using the iRig MIDI 2

I'm a newbie. What is the reason to spend $80 on IRig instead of the normal cheap patch cords? Isn't it doing the same thing?
2. When you plug your Casio keyboard into your Android/iPhone does the sound still come out through your keyboards internal speakers or do you need to buy external speakers and plug them into your tablet to hear the sound?

Thanks
Delta

First of all not all Android Tablets are MIDI Capable. One of the Mods here, Michael can explain this better.

Secondly, the sound will come out of your tablet if you are using it as a musical instrument. You will require earbuds or amplified speakers.

Gary ;)
