Changing rhythm volume while playing live

Hello,

I've been gigging with Roland RD700 for several years now and love having 4 dedicated volume faders for Upper 1, Upper 2, Lower, and Rhythm on the keyboard surface. We just bought an RD-300NX for church and it's taking me a long time to get use to managing my Rhythm Volume while playing live. Just wondering if anyone else is missing the Rhythm Fader as much as I am or is there a trick for changing Rhythm Volume while playing live that I've yet to learn? Also, is there anyone aware of other keyboards that have control of rhythm with dedicated pot or fader on keyboard surface?

On any Kurzweil the sliders are pretty much 100% configurable to any function you'd like.

(Not the easiest keyboards in the world to program though)
