Cheap budget keyboard with touch sensitive & weighted keys

Hi. I am 29 years old. Im from India.

I want to buy a keyboard but i dont know which one to choose.. After doing some research i found that the key things to look for are

1. Weighted keys (because it gives you the real feel of playing and develops muscle memory)
2. Touch sensitive keys


Pease help me find a Cheap budget keyboard with touch sensitive & weighted / Semi-Weighted keys..

Within your budget you might find a very old second hand keyboard with weighted keys! However you can find a new one with touch sensitive keys. It is not the same. Weighted keys give the feeling of a acoustic piano. Touch sensitive keys have an organ feeling. Both sound louder when you play hard on the keys or softer with a 'gentle' touch.
